We can also arrange finance through a number of investment management firms we work with.

Four steps to buying a plane

We are here to guide you through every stage of the purchase and offer technical, legal and financial advice. Not only do we make it easy, it’s also fast because nearly all our aircraft are ready to buy straight away, so delivery can be in as little as 21 days.

Step 1 – Initial paperwork

To get the ball rolling there is some paperwork including a Non-Circumvention, Non-Disclosure Agreement (NCNDA), signed by all parties. As the buyer, you also require a Letter of Intent/Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (LOI/ICPO) from a reputable international bank.

Step 2 – Escrow deposit

When funds are verified, the seller/owner issues an Irrevocable Master Fee Protection Agreement (IMFPA). The seller/owner then lodges the Manufacturer’s Serial Number (MSN) with Escrow and the buyer lodges funds for the deposit with the Escrow Account.

Step 3 – Inspection trip

When funds are verified, the MSN and other documents are released and the deposit becomes non-refundable. Because we sell planes that are built and ready for sale, a physical inspection trip is arranged to the actual aircraft. Both buyers and sellers go to this on-site inspection of the aircraft and all records.

Step 4 – Sale is complete

Assuming that the plane is as described, the final paperwork is completed, and the remainder of the purchase price is released through escrow. All parties sign the final sales agreement and the plane is yours, complete with full warranties.
